Rental of our Lynchburg, VA B&B includes the columned foyer, formal parlor, library, dining room and cafe, central staircase, large mezzanine, upstairs hall and powder room, the outside grounds, front porch, and back patio. The third floor theater is also available at an additional charge and is zoned for 50 people.

Weddings and/or Receptions

Your wedding festivities at Federal Crest will make your guests feel special. Additional flowers or decorations are optional as the Inn has a warmth and ambience all its own. The rate is $1,500 for the usage of the public areas, yard, gardens , and patio; and includes rehearsal, wedding , and reception if needed. In addition, all of our guestrooms need to be rented for the two nights. Our max number is limited by our permit to 95 attendees. Inquire if your wedding is very small as an hourly rate ($150/hr with a 3-hour minimum) might be applicable.

We do not cater, but can recommend many excellent caterers who have worked here for previous events.

Private Parties

Reserve Federal Crest for your next holiday office party, anniversary celebration , or special birthday happening. The rate is $125/hr with a 3-hour minimum. We can help coordinate caterers, florists , and entertainment. Reserve early for Christmas holiday parties. The third floor theater can be rented for an additional $200 and is zoned for 50 people.
